This box is designed for those of us who have discovered how easy and crowd pleasing taco night is for a family. Whether it's your simple hard shell ground beef taco to the flash grilled fajitas to the slow cooked beef carnitas, taco night is always a hit. However you cook up your family fiesta, we've got you covered.
Each box contains:
approx 1lb of fajita meat (either in skirt steak or flank steak) -- perfect for marinating and then flashing on the grill
1 chuck roast (approx 3lbs) -- great for slow roasting for carnitas or shredded beef tacos
10lbs ground beef -- for a fast and simple taco night
Taco Tuesday Package
Here at Hackberry Hill ranch, we raise Akaushi/Angus cross cattle. Our beef is raised on our ranch from birth to processing--so you know exactly where your meat has been and where is came from! We use conscious, humane-driven practices, focusing on the health, safety, and livlihood of the animal. All animals live their entire lives on pasture. No pens, no containment, no intervention unless absolutely necessary. We believe in "letting cows be cows" and cows should be out in a field eating whatever forage they choose. In order to respect what's on our table, we must respect the animal. We see the difference in our beef, and we hope you do as well.
